Digital Imaging Technique (5B) Open for registration The lessons for Digital Imaging Technique will be arranged one by one. There is homework for each lesson and participant has to submit the homework before going to the next lesson. Homework is expected to submit about two weeks' time from each lesson. Participants are advised not to delay too much. Expectation Photography remains photography no matter it is film or digital. The difference is for historians to research. Photographers need to continue taking photos. This course is aimed at guiding participants how to take the best digital photos with camera operations, digital imaging concept and software applicaiton. This is designed for those who have photographic experience with film and have the need to understand what is digital imaging. Requirement Participants must have or well prepared for the following: 1. *Digital camera (better with SLR) 2. Computer (PC or MAC) 3. Email address 4. Internet connection & browser 5. Image-editing software (Irfanview, Photoshop etc.) 6. Time within chosen period (one or two weeks) for each lesson including homework. *The digital camera must have functions including exposure compensation, manual etc. for applying technique. Note: if you do not have software now but ready to get one, do not rush to get it, we shall discuss in the first lesson. Reading each lesson will be arranged as web page style. There will be printer-friendly pages for printing. This depends on individual need. However, we shall prepare a personalized course paper for each participant after the course. That will include all the content and participant's work and comment etc. This will be much better than any other way because with personal involvement, it would be great for reviewing and worth to keep. Furthermore, the following content is the standard layout. Digital age is about rapid improvement. Our online course is directly handled by Mr. F. H. Tong and not by computer and therefore there will be additional or change if needed. |

Home work will include questions and taking photos etc. It is basically a way to apply what has been learnt and what can be done in reasonable time. Participants can send email to us about any questions they faced with. These questions are taken as individual cases and answers will be sent by email to each one. |

Course Fee US$ 150.00 for each participant Just register for the class and payment will only be requested upon confirmation only. For the promotion period, we have a special arrangement. Participant can choose either to pay normally or prefer to pay through PAYPAL, US$ 20.00 first and the balance, US$ 130.00, also through PAYPAL before the second lesson. That means participants can drop off at their choice and there is no obligation for any balance except the first payment will not be refund.
