Extension tube or Bellows will weaken the light and must be compensated, it is called Exposure Factor with the following calculation :

f=extension F=lens focal length M=Magnification, use the log value of Exposure Factor as the steps for compensation

It is always more accurate by hand held metering with gray card and adjust according to Exposure Factor. TTL metering is not always accurate.
