Insert 1 is PSD format, Insert 2 is JPEG format with 8th High Quality suppression, Insert 3 is JPEG format with 4th Medium Quality suppression, Insert 4 is JPEG format with 2nd Low Quality suppression, Insert 5 is PNG format.

The original image file is PSD format, which is used to reformat for all others. We can see that the PNG format image is better than its original PSD.

From our test, PNG format is the best for all photos. It is the format for most of our images in this Web Site.

However, some may prefer GIF or JPEG with smaller size and faster download. That is a sacrifice due to the inferior quality of Internet traffic technology. The choice remains individual. For us, image quality is the most important requirement.
